ASPHO Active membership Status is granted to individuals who hold an MD, PhD, or equivalent degree and who are actively engaged in the clinical, research, educational, or administrative aspects of pediatric hematology/oncology. Applicants should have completed subspecialty training in pediatric hematology/oncology or in an allied discipline. |

ASPHO Affiliate membership Status may be granted to nurses, physician assistants, social workers, research scientists, and to others who are engaged in work relating to pediatric hematology/oncology and the care of children with blood diseases or cancer. |
Dues: $50 without the optional journal or $75 with the optional journal. |
| ASPHO Trainee membership
Status may be granted to any individual who is pursuing training in a Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Fellowship. Trainees must be in their first five years of fellowship training to be eligible for this special membership. Please note: To qualify for this category, trainee members must provide a recommendation from the training program director which must be included with your application. |
Dues: Complimentary for First-, Second- and Third-Year Fellows Trainees in their fourth and fifth years are offered membership at the discounted rate of $115. |
